    wall thickness for 500psi

i am trying to make a part for my automag and i am trying to figure out how thick to and internal air passage way. basically how thin can i make the walls of a preasure holding air to maintain a high saftey factor and still get a large volume. i want to be able to run up to 500psi into it and i would like to construct it out of aluminum. any help the good people of AO can offer would be great.
