The Sping...

Hello I'm selling my Automag, Minimag and it needs a new spring...i just cant find one, the sping that is inside the trigger needs replacement (sounds like a flame thrower after firing) and im unable to locate the right spring...can any1 send me a link to the right one? Would be very helpful

There is no spring inside the trigger area. There is a bolt spring on the front of the bolt. This recocks the gun after you fire.

Have a look at the airgun.com website to find a manual for your gun. Then check out the parts available so you can order the one(s) you need.

yah i tried that and i ahve the manuel right here, (good call on that i'll look now) i also have a double finger trigger installed on the gun from the level 7 manual it looks like the sping on the trigger rod is the one that is loose my dad is a tradesman and he looke d at it and said that was probly the problem, im going to bring it somewhere again and have them look at it

There is no spring on the trigger rod. The only springs in the gun are on the bolt or in the regulator. If you have a really old mag, there might be one in the power tube. There should be no other springs in the gun (unless you have an auto response trigger).

thats the thing then cuz there is deffintly a spring inside the trigger, as in i take off the rubber grips on each side with an allen wrench and there a rob which leads to the trigger with a spring behind it that in't pushing the trigger all the way back i believe... this is confusing

was it working correclty with the spring in before? Maybe that's the problem.

If it is a stock AGD frame or any other that isn't an auto response (an auto response trigger fires the gun when you pull the trigger and again when you release the trigger. It will say auto response on the back of the grip.), there shouldn't be any springs in the grip or on the trigger rod. If there is, and it isn't an auto response frame, take the spring out and fire it. It sounds like it is preventing the sear from fully resetting which will cause it to vent profusely.

it doesn't say response it has an "ANS" inside of a crosshair on each rubber trigger grip

and i dont really knwo how it worked be4 b/c i jsut bought it

Sounds like someone tried to do some sort of trigger mod. Anyway, take the spring out and see how it works.

i'd rather not play with it since its my 1st mag n im really not that good with using the taking stuff apart part
