Did anything change? Perhaps the rail bushing fell out of the frame. What is the condition of the sear pin or the sear tip? These can affect the leaking as well, by allowing the bolt to sit farther forward. Check the bolt stem to see if there isn't a blemish or piece of dirt stuck to it.

Your O-rings could be just crap. I found referances of other people with your same problem in the archives. Many of times new fresh from the factory o-rings due the trick. It might be worth a shot. If that o-ring isn't pliable it wont seal. With age they can get hard. I'd say get a couple new ones...Comment

Well after all of that turns out it wasnt the oring in the carrier it was the little white oring in the on/off pin. Oh well guess i will have some xtra orings now. Thanks for all the help. Keep rocking MAGS

You must mean the small oring in the bottom half of the on-off? Only the two orings on the lower half of the on-off can allow leakage if damaged.
Non of the on-off orings will cause leaking down the barrel. You must have been mistaken about where the leak was coming from if the on-off oring was the culprit.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment
