    Need help with emag HES

I took the trigger out of my emag to clean it since there was paint in it that I couldn't get to, and when I put it back in my HES wasn't working right. It won't pick up all of my trigger pulls. It seems to work fine if I guide the trigger so it doesn't go off to either side, but if it moves .5 mm to the left or right it won't register.
I noticed that one of the HES wires was a little flattened, but I don't think that would cause it to only pick up pulls with the trigger centered. That could be the problem but I don't feel like soldering stuff right now, especially not that part, so I figured I'd ask here first. I've tried moving the magnet to all different places, and the results were the same. Any ideas? Should I just fix the pinched wire and hope I don't destroy the HES in the process? Thanks

Move your trigger magnet in or out little bit until you get a steady trigger reading. Check that the HES at a full right angle in the holder. If it's not tucked straight down and seated between the frame and the holder you'll get bad trigger readings.

I've messed with the magnet, made sure the HES was in right, and changed the wire and it still won't work right. Is there anything else or should I just buy a new sensor?

On the safety there is a adjusting screw. Try and turn it counter clockwise to allow the trigger magnet to move closer to the HES. Also make shure your battery is fully charged, and the safety is off....

Make sure you put the trigger magnet in the back of the trigger in the proper orientation. It only works in one direction.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
