I'm trying to make a homemade snatch grip and at the moment the field strip screw is to short i need to know if i can buy a longer one or what the threading is on the current screw.

Not if ya made the snatch thinner. Or sink the screw some. I think Rogue did it using the same one. -
Well i have no metal working abilities and were testing out different designs and this one is made out of wood so i can't have to small of wood or it will break.Comment

You could just use a regular screw thats the same thread as the front grip.
I suggest bringing your valve to a hardware store and seeing what fits in it, and whats long enough.
