I'm looking to get a little more consistency in the velocity of my shots. does anyone know of a good grease to use in the regulator?

I guess you could use slick honey... but AGD recommends just oil. -

If i were you id check out Moose Juice - http://www.MooseJuice.net - works perfect, sticks on your o-rings until its intentionally wiped off, perfect in any weather and doesnt get runny in the heat! check it out. good luckComment
