    Warp Feed Compatibility

I am an A-5 owner and am looking into purchasing a Warp Feed system to better feed my E-Gripped A-5 and I was just wondering if I could even get a Warp Feed to mount to my A-5.

your not going to like it but. go over to q-loaders web site and grab the a-5 mount kit and use that. the problem is it is like $60. or you can try to make something. thats all i can think of but might not be the only option.

I'm not too big of a fan of Q-Loaders beacuse I don't think I'll be able to use my pods with them and also I'll drop from 300-400 paintballs to 100... Do you think maybe I could rig the Warp Feed to mount to the A-5? Maybe buy the Q-Loader mount and attach a warp feed to the Q-Loader's hose?

that is what im talking about. the q-loader a-5 mount would work. what you want to do is grab some super hose from agd and use it with a little tape (duct anyone, just the red neck in me), or see how it fits without tape. and the warp should work fine. but like i said your still talking $60 new.

$60 For the Q-Loader mount? Would I have to cut the little claw beside the hole off to do the above?

Not to try to talk you out of a Warp, (god knows I LOVE mine...) but what is wrong with your A-5's cyclone feed? A couple of my friends use Tippmans and the low(ish) profile and force feed action of the cyclone feed more than keeps up with their E-triggers. The only complaints that I have heard is that it has a lower paint storage capacity, but you can buy extensions to up it a little bit. They arent as low profile as Warps, but they are much better than having a 10 inch watermelon on top like lots of markers I see.

I only have the 98c mount form q-loader so i am not sure of the spacifics (sp) of how to mount the a-5 bracket. but i'm sure that if you e-mail or call the guys that make the q-loader they could answer all of your question.

Yes, the Cyclone does keep up with the standard E-Grip, but I am sporting a WAS Equalizer board that is capable of 25 BPS. So, I am just trying to get the most out of my purchase. I am however going to put the Cyclone onto my 98C and sell it.

I E-mailed the makers of Q-Loaders and am talking with a guy over at the Spec Ops forums who owns a AGD and Warp Feed.

you can use the mount for the q-loader you just got to mod where the warp would link to the q-loader. my friend did that with my back up warp after he sold his q-loader

Well I can't exactly finance this mod ATM, I am deciding between a kick *** vest that can hold 12 140Rnd. Pods and a tank or the loader mod.

The cyclone will feed 20 bps, I don't think a warp will do much better.

It will feed at 20 but it will un-cock and chop paint.

Well Hmm,I might get a Q-Loader but it isn't pod friendly and I can only get 100 rounds...

i play woodsball in 15 min games at my local field. basically in those 15 min i shoot maybe 3 pods. loading is quick between games and switching pods is easy. i have got the 5 pod system originally and bought a few extra incase of pod breaks. i like it for that type of game and if you get out you can sit back and load your pods while waiting for the game to end. they do take a little getting used to but its up to you to learn how.
i also play a few all day senario games every few month. for these games i am switching over to a warp and halo b, as i already have the halo and got the warp in trade. it does take a while to load 10 pods at the begining of the day and if i am going to have to sit out after i run out of paint and reload another ten it kind of sucks. but for the short games i haven't found anything with the balance and low profile that can rip like the Q.

Why do you have a Halo B if you havea Warp Feed, I thought Warps fed on their own as long as you had a hopper attached.
