best way to tune a mag?

I have an xvalve with a level 10 bolt and a ult trigger what is the best way to start tuning it up.

I got everything set up it shoots now but for some reason it seems like the valve isnt recharging quick enough.

you can tune a mag but you cant tunafish... but you can tunamag... weird..
