    RT regulator nut problem

I order a new regulator nut for retro valve but it was very hard to screw in when reach the point at the oring, I swap the use nut from emag valve and it go in with "little force" as usual, put the new nut into emag valve and it go in with "little foce" as usual, what going on???????

And also what kind of bolt it is? it is from my classic mag.

    Did you lube the o-ring?

The bolt is a level 7

yes I did, still require a lot of force to screw in, that's how I strip the key hole first time.

will this bolt had hard impact on ball since it was fomieless (I assume), it measure the same length to emag and LvX bolt but the front part was stick out alot more.

You may have cross threaded your reg nut bolt. Try to remove it and if aluminum files are visable then it has been cross threaded. If not inspect the threads on the nut and inside the valve for damage. You may need a rear half of the valve is damage is extensive. The key to screwing stainless steel and aluminium together is to insert the 2 pieces together, then turn the nut COUNTER CLOCK WISE while using a small amount of downward force until you feel the nut drop into the threads. Then turn your nut clockwise to tighten.

As for the bolt it's a L7 bolt and it is very hard on paint. If you have a L10 I would highly recommend you use it. The reason why some people prefeer the L7 bolt over the L10 is because it's more air efficent, but it dosen't have the anit chop ablity the L10 has.
