Bore diameter of the inside of the Powertube

can anyone tell me the iside diameter of the powertube from the inside?

I'm talking about the interior bore if the side of the powertube that the dump chamber empties out of.

I do believe that the bores of the inside that faces the bolt and the side that 's in the dump chamber are different. I may be wrong though.

Not sure about what you mean by the powertube... kinda new to mags...
Do you have a picture of what parts/sides/faces you want measured? I work as a CNC milling machine operator, so i can measure my xmag's powertube at work 0.01mm acurate. (sorry, we use the metric system over here, don't complain)

your bolt fits over the powertube. To take the measurement Pneu is asking for, you'll need to pull your valve, remove the bolt and remove the spacer and o-rings from inside the powertube..

      hope that helps.

Thanks, i know now what part Pneumagger meant.
I've removed the valve and bolt, but my powertube tip is stuck... When trying to loosen it, the powertube comes loose from the valve body instead of the tip.
I tried some pliers with a cloth, but it won't budge. I'm afraid i'll damage it if i apply more force.

Sorry i cannot help, but atleast i tried.

actually... you will have to remove the pwertube fom the valve. I need the bore diameter from the INSIDE, as I am pretty sure it is a slightly stepped bore from the front to the back. I had my powertube off the other day, but don't have anything to measure it with so I locktited it back on. Yesterday.

Are you sure you can't do measurements in inches??
          mm are gay

So you're a CNC operator? If i gave you a full design for something the size of say...an automag valve could I pay you make it to specs?

All the measuring tools we have are in mm. but i'll convert them to inches.
I cannot measure all the way trough from the back because there is a rim that keeps the o-rings and spacers in place. I must remove the tip and the orings, etc. to measure the inside bore of the tube.

I am an employee and thus i am not allowed to make parts for others on my own initiative. For making a automag valve you don't need a CNC mill, but a CNC lathe with rotating tools and milling spindle. That way you can turn and mill a valve body in one go.
Slug bodies, or like say trigger frames.. yeah i could mill those in any shape, even 3-D milling if you have the CAD data. But then again i'm not allowed to do so unless you order it from our company, and making a single-run product is expensive.
I sometimes do make stuff for my own uses, but they have to be simple and fast to make because i don't want to ask permission. (if you ask a small favor, he either wants a big favor in return or refuses because he's afraid it'll cost him a few cents)

On the xvalve power tube, I am coming up with .389 on the end closeest to the chamber. The other end is .375 or 3/8". Let me know if this helps.

                  Hey tunaman Thanks...

Could I buy an RT powertube and oring? An RT powertube is the same as an Xvalve's, right?
