Do Certain boards put out 9V @ 15-20 watts

the elecrician told me morlocks may handle this. Does anyone else have experience or reccomendations with this?

I'm looking for a board that outpus 9V at anywhere from 15-20 watts or hopefully more. I'd really like ti to use 9V batteries though.
Also if there is a board that can drop the output power to hold the dwell down (to conserve power) after the solenoid has finished moving ... that would be awesome.

I would doubt you can get 15W from a 9V battery since that would be about 1.6 AMPS (9v * 1.6A = 14.4W) which is a lot of current. If you need to move a solenoid that big you will need some form of rechargeable pack.

The morlock can handle well over 50W so the board isnt your problem here.
