can some other kind of grease be substituded for dow 33/slickhoney etc?

hey ive ran out of slick honey and i need something to lube my dm3 (closest shop for paintball is 45 min. away)so im looking for something that can be picked up at a hardware store,walmart,or canadian tire?

I read somewhere that silicone or white lithium grease can be used as long as it contains no petroleum distillates. I've never tried it though.

white lithium will work
