on/off ?

    on/off ?

    will the on/off that came with my x-valve work in a classic valve or do i need to get another one? will it be reactive or not?

    It will work, it will have a lighter pull, it will not be reactive.
    With the ligter pull, you may experience short stroking ir don't pull and relese well.

      You may have to put more shims in it to get it to work. My classic has @ 6or 7 of them I think

        Depends if you have a standard RT type on/off (stock with most the Xvalves) it'll work fine (very light trigger pull). If your using ULT (uses shims inbetween the 2 halves) it's hit or miss.....

          If you have the ULT then AGD doesn't really recommend putting it in a classic valve, the reason is that unless you have VERRY good trigger technique you will probably end up short stroking (a ring trigger helps with this though)

            A standard retro/x valve on-off works quite well with a classic valve. It cuts the trigger pull force in half. No it won't be reactive, due to the air paths in the classic valve not being the same as in the retro/x valve.
            Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
