    Xvalve leaking, can't stop it.

I cant seem to find a way to stop my xvalve from leaking!!! Tried a few orings too.

it is leaking out of the the two small holes now and from between the reg and valve body.
I can't stop it. Is there somone that can fix these around here that I can just send the valve to to give a tune up? Do xvalves have a "star" warrenty thing?

did you open it up and make sure there was no dirt on anyhting? Use that exploded diagram to dissassemble it and clean everything and make sure nothing is missing.

It is spotless inside...I took THE WHOLE THING APART (even the mini spring assembly in the middle)

I cleaned all the aluminum parts with alchohol swabs so it was clean enough to eat off of. Then I relubed everything and reassembled. I got the leak between the two halves fixed by replacing the reg oring, but the two small holes persist in leaking.

for some reason mine leaked out of the bleed valves for a bit when I first put on the tickler. i dont know if it was coincidence or not, but it went away after firing, but mine was a very slight, but hearable leak. I just dupned like 12 drops of oil and gassed 'er up.

Just out of curiosity, have you changed the o-rings and spacer on the reg valve pin? They could be the source of your problem.

Actually the o-rings and spacer on the reg valve pin come in the XValve O-Ring replacement kit. But dangit, what a pain.

You hit that one on the head A-Tach, they are a pain. On the o-ring side of the reg pin there is a small split metal ring which retains the o-rings and spacer. Pop this off and everything slides right off. As mentioned above, the rings, spacer, and even a new retainer ring comes with the X-Valve parts kit. Change these, throw it some oil, and you will probably be back in business.
