shattered disk in reg valve pin assy.

I was doing a complete rebuild of my RT valve tonight and when I pulled out the reg valve pin assembly, (item #30 on the exploded view image posted by nate2k191 30), one of the small grey disks on the pin was busted in half. I removed the pieces and reassembled everything and the gun still fires fine. Is this ok or should I replace that pin.
