The low pressure hose on my pneumag has the tendency to pop of when I turn the lpr up too high. Is there any way that I can secure it so it doesn't do it? I would normally buy another barb but I don't know where I could get one the right size (its the barb on the smav-3 valve).

Try to cut or change the hose. Once installed they shouldn't be removed depending on the hose. On Cocker 3-ways they had brass hats that held the hoses down. Palmers pursuit sells them here: https://palmer-pursuit.com/ecom/prod...8b285dca5bee92
