Shorten the Power Feed?

I was thinking of cutting down my power feed tube. My questiojn for those who may have done this. Any performance issues?

i wouldnt think so. I am going to grind my powerfeed off completely and replace it with a stock class feed tube.

I cut mine on two different bodies, the classic stainless, and the dust black minimag body. No real performance enhancements. It does give the gun a much better look and a lower profile.

Thats what I am looking for. i am going to send my emag body to Luke and have him modify it so I can put a SS mini mag body.
