    Just a little pnuemag help

I have started my project, I get it all except on thing the actuator which is a Clippard MPA-3 Actuator. I have bought some ss mini rams to fit in there but one question remains. When I remove the internals there is a spring a brass rod with a ring on it that holds the spring and a white plastic plunger. I know I epoxy the ram to the plastic plunger, but do I get rid of the brass tube that holds the spring or what? Thanks for the help!

Brass tube? Most people will cut down the mpa3 to right in front of the snap-ring that holds everything in. If you cut the grove out that holds the snap ring the whole thing will fall apart.

Those ss rams that luke makes will push right into the white plunger. Put a drop or two of epoxy on it.

Here is the pic. Upon further investigation I discovered it is a riv-nut. Its not even in there. I got this pic out of the instructions posted on the internet. I took mine apart yesturday and see EXACTLY what Pneumagger and you are talking about. I will trim in down but not too close as to destroy the snap ring groove!!! I set up my intelliframe for the most part, I am going to try to cram a QEV in there but I just have to find out where. The trigger stop is set up, I used a allen 10/32 machine screw with two lock nuts. Sounds barbaric but I don't think it looks too bad. I will be posting pics of this soon enough, and hopefully a video. I have a stock classic valve and set up. Should I switch out and put an RT on off in it? I saw in someones instructions they took an RT on/off and modified it. Thanks for the help gang!!!

Here is what I plan on doing, there might be flaws that a lot of you see off hand, but I will be open to any ideas. The QEV placement is up in the air. I can run the line as to not interrupt the traveling sear, which is pretty important if you want the gun to shoot. Well without further ado, here is my plans:
