Air America Apoc Leaking

I have a Air America Apocalypse tank that just started leaking out the front of the adjustment screw. Should I try to fix this, or just get the reg replaced? AA is offering a replacement screw in reg for $65.00, but I've heard iffy things about them.

Rob, replace the piston o-ring it's probably nicked. The AGD ones works best...

It's fixed, thanks! It must have happened somehow when the LP Gauge blew a few weeks back.
