    angry at emag

ok so now i dont think that its an on off issue, i am now almost sure its a sear, solenoid, tolerance, bending sort of issue.

when the rail is placed on the emag lowers, the sear is kept forward, slightly past its natural position, so the solenoid tries to click but cannot because the sear is being held forward so much. however, if i take the bushing off, and slide the rail back about a millimeter, it works fine, but i cannot screw the body on because the holes wouldnt line up.

so is this rail just off spec? anyone have any input?

sounds like his sear plunger has unscrewed a bit and it out of spec. Happened to me.

i figured it out, (improper rail removal) caused the plunger to bend slightly back, so it was getting caught on the way back down, i just bent it back and works fine now.

      thanks
