No shim in the Lv 10 ??????

When I received my brand new mag from AGD, I had a lot of difficulties with my Lv 10. The bolt was sticking and made that "chuff" sound.

So I tuned it from the beginning, and found out that I had to use a larger carrier. I started with the 2 lines carrier and went smaller until it didn't leak. But when I found the good carrier, it didn't leak at all, whether I pushed on the bolt or not.

So I poceeded to the chronograph with 0 shim, and the gun did well.

Have you ever heard of someone not using any shim in his/her Lv 10?

    Thanks again!

None of my setups have EVER had shims... And I've been around a while.

I haven't noticed any difference whether I use shims or not. The amount of change in required travel is so slight, that it really doesn't make much of a difference. I haven't used shims in quite a while and haven't had a problem.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

As long as the bolt resets when it supposed to it's all gravy in the navy
