Freak barrel on a Minimag?

Like the title says, I'm curious if the twist lock freak back will fit on a minimag.

Basically, is the back long enough to clear the minimag body, or if the back is completely covered by the shroud, making it inconvenient or impossible to unlock from the body once installed.

I love my minimag , but am trying to find a way to get a good paint/bore match as I've noticed how much of a diffence this makes with accuracy and consistency.

i have a freak on my minimag and it works nicely about an inch of the barrel shows

thanks for the info, i really appreciate it. i'm looking into getting a twist-lock freak back for my minimag now.

i know it's been said by others, but AGD/AO is such a great company/community.
been in/out of the sport for over 10 years and i have to say that AGD is still tops in my book.
