    hose covering?

I read on thread somewhere of material you put on braided hose. Kind of like rubber tubing and you heat it with heat gun. I thought they said you can get it at Home Depot. Which we don't have, just Menards and Lowes

I did search and some poeple said heat shrink. But having used it a lot at work and at that length would it bend ok and not have wrinkles?

The hose I have on there is a 12 inch hose. After I put it on there, I had a couple of inches left.

Or you could use 1/2" heat shrink tube from Fry's electronics or any electronics/home improvement store...

Since I dont have the hose I'll probably buy it from themagsmith as he already has it covered and is length I need.
