X-valve not R/T-ing

I have a minimag with a intelli and classic minimag body, i love it to death, but i recently bought an x-valve for it. I received it a couple days ago and the level-10 is working great, never chops, but i will be shooting and all of a sudden the velve will just stop Firing. It will not return the sear and not fire, if i wait like 5 mins i hear a sound like air flowing and the valve pops back in, and im good for another 30 or so shots, can anyone figure out what is going on?

I bought it used and the original owner is now ignoring my pms, and btw, thsi does not have a ULT installed, my tank out put pressure is that of a preset, high pressure crossfire.

Add an additional shim to cure your problem. I have 5 L10 mags and all of them have 3 shims each. Not to say that is the magic number in all RT type valves of shims to have, but they never chop, no shoot down issues, and no reseting problems....
