Well, when I received my xmag, the mode selector (mech, electro, hybrid) was replaced with a homemade deal. It did the same thing, it was just a bit harder to work. Well, in my first day of play, it fell off at the chrono range after a few games. No big deal, I found it and reattached it. Then it fell off during a game... yeah screw that. No big deal as it is stuck on electro which is all I use. However, I will be contacting AGD tomorrow to see about a replacement. Is there any information I should have with me prior to calling? I don't want to look like an idiot, fumbling around with papers while on the phone.
