AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
It all depends on howmany paint you shoot, doesnt it?
For small woods games a 68/4500 would be ok, and you should expect about 800 shots out of it. (my guess, i have a xmag that runs those numbers with a 68/4500) If you play scenario/biggames you might want to get a 88/4500 so you can stay in longer.
So thusly a 72/3000 tank will yield roughly 720 shots and a 68/4500 will yield roughly 1020 shots, for example.
Now add to that another question:
How much paint are you willing to carry?
I get about 750 out of a 68/3000 if I don't go reactive on my old automag, which is about all the paint I want to carry for hours at a time. As long as I top off both paint AND air, I won't get into trouble with short air. I guess that points out that I have easy air at most of my fields. I did get a 68/4500 to pick up the reactive losses though.
