Yes it is possible. Not hard if you have done it previously. Why are you wanting a pressure guage. Preset tanks are always the same, and adjustable ones have gages. If your wanting it for an lpr than Id say go for it.

well i plan on running co2 and hpa on the gun ( not at the same time of course) because. so i just wanted to know what my performance with co2 was. oh and would it be ok to run HPA through an expansion chamber? or will i blow seals an whatnot.

Most HPA is only 8-900 psi coming out of the bottle. CO2 is @650 ish give or take. I have used hpa through many diff expansion chambers. I would not worry about getting a guage.

i thought mags had to have at least 850 psi? how does co2 work in a mag then?

co2 output depends on temperature, at 70 degrees the output is around 850 psi. this is why co2 is more efficient on warm days rather than in winter weather

if you are going to use a gas through why dont you jsut find one with a gauge port on it, it would be a lot easier (you will have to get special taps to do the 1/8npt fitting)

hmmm. My fill stations read 600ish. I will have to hook a co2 tank up to a reg now.

I know its in a liquid state instead of gas, but liquid should have to have higher compression or colder temps.
