I hear that I should remove the foam and superglue it back on, is this correct? Do they pop off that easy, and how long to the foamies stay on for? Will it be a problem if I use the new bolt without the foam?

You should be fine if you just leave the foamie on the way it comes. There is a higher chance of the foamie flying off if you dry fire. If the foamie comes off *then* glue it on with superglue. I *think* that the bolts come with an extra foamie, but I am unsure. I am completely unaware of what would happen if you used the bolt without the foamie, but I wouldn't want to be the first to find out.
