querstion , my best freind has a automag classic, my brother played tampered with it and so trying to adjust the pressure in the back of the gun, some times i get the pressure correct( i shoot some paint through it) when i try to rapid fire the pressure dramatically decreases after one shot. help!! thanks is advance.

you are probably short stroking ... not letting the on/off valve close all the way.

try replacing the regulator seat. take the valve, and unscrew the two halves. there should be a urathane disk type thing on the rear half. if its a really dark color or has visible wear, it might be the problem. order a parts kit and replace it, and if thats not the problem you should have all you need to deal with it in the kit.

The regulator oring could cause your problem as previously stated. A piece of dirt caught in the valve somewhere could affect your output. Give the valve a good cleaning and replace any defective or suspect orings. A good cleaning fixes most problems with mags.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

clean out the regulator bore of all grease and such. check the regulator Piston oring and reg seat.

What on/off are you using? You could be short stroking the valve during rapid fire. That would cause shots to be much weaker. Also, with the classic valve, be sure to use the short bolt spring. The short spring should be slightly longer than the nose of the bolt.

What sort of air system are you using?

My friend has a classic mag and he was having this same issue and we figured out it was his ASA, it was really old and must have had the threads stripped or something, when we unscrewed the tank a little bit it usually fixed the problem and once he got a new ASA it went away, also make sure you just replaced all the o-rings in the gun.

                    still not working

i cleaned the regulator seat, like veryone said. i do have some new information. my brother who messed up the mag said that he switched the springs in the gun. he put a level 10 spring, ( a gold one) i am wondering if that would mess anything up. but i gutted who gun cleaned it out, examined all the o-rings. i will try the asa adaptor., the n2 screws in verically. it have a vertical adaptor. so my main question is. will level 10 springs mess up the air pressure/ recharge rate?

                    thanks in advanced

Yeah, depending on the spring you had installed before yes. If you had the silver or red spring you'll have to back the velocity adjustment a bit. The gold spring might cause the mag to fire way too hot if you don't turn it down.
