i think he was talkint about a 6 pack of bevrages

I'm going to do something similar ... the wave spring can be found in a few places ...bumper for the spring can be made .... my body has the pump slot ...

get your rail milled ... take the cad suff to any competent machine shop and they should be able to hook it up.

ok the pump ... i'm going to get creative with pvc ... cut about 3 inches of pvc put a cap in each end drill a hole for the pump shaft (pump shaft= small copper tube with a bolt thru it)

pump shaft would have a big washer on the front to keep the handle from sliding all the way off

pump shaft will screw into a kapp foregrip extender that will be cutdown to the edge of the frame and drilled and tapped for the bolt.

I haven't figure out something stiff enough to use for the rod yet...

You could go out and buy a pump handle, like from a PGP. It's already got the threading for the rod, and it would look nice.

I think the rod has to move a little on the pump to work... or does it just flex???... it may be in the wrong spot too ... but that doesn't mean another hole can't be drilled...

              thanks for the idea ...

                How is the progress going?

If what you are doing works I would like to give it a try also.

                  pump kit

You can try talking to Palmers at www.palmer-pursuit.com I talked to one of them before and showed him some pics on how the pump is supposed to work and he said it was probably possible for him to do the work on it to convert a mag to a pump.... I told him I might post about it on here but he said he might not want to do a ton of these conversions. Anyway it might be worth checking it out for those of you who want to convert your mags into pumps.

did they think they could do it with there own pump parts or with a AGD pump kit?

                    did they mention cost?

                      pump

I believe he said he could do it with their pump parts. I believe their rate is $80 per hour plus parts. Just depends on how long the conversion would take I think. Give them a call or email them. Keep in mind they're a busy shop so it could take a bit for them to get to your mag.
