Cocker LPR help needed!

I know this is the mag tech forum but I am trying to avoid PBN like the plague. Besides, my mag has never had any problems...

Setup:

2k2 warped sports dark cocker (all stock)
palmer mini rock LPR
Bomb 3-way
STO Ram

a week ago I posted this gun for sale and it was fine. Last night I was testing all the guns and now this one has a leak out the front of the LPR. When I turn the pressure all the way down and slowly raise it, the LPR starts to leak. When I turn it up enough to cycle the gun, I get really bad bolt stick.

I took it to the local shop today and the tech says that he thinks the LPR is not regulating, thus causing the bolt stick (he thinks that the LPR not regulating is overpressurizing the 3-way). Any way, he said he cannot service Palmer regs because they wont sell parts and that I should contact Palmer's shop directly.

Before I go down this road and spend a bunch of money that I may be able to save, I was hoping to get some advice from my AO friends.
