Cant get it under 340 fps

So I cleaned out my valve, lubed it up, and replaced the reg seat and now I cant get it under 340 fps. I lowered my input pressure to were it wouldn't shoot and I backed out the velocity to were it would start to leak.

I am running:
X-valve
Gold spring
20 bps hyperframe (20-60-20)
Lvl 10
Gold spring
0 or .5 carrier, cant remember

Other than that it's just fine. Very consistent and fires just fine.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Does any body have the sizes of what o-rings are what?

There is a leak in the regulator causing high pressure to get into the front chamber. Check your assembly of the valve. The problem is probably in the area the regulator seat oring.
