RT not firing

I just got an RT and when I gas it up, the marker does what it suppose to. However, when I squeeze the trigger, it does nothing. The tension is still present when pulling the trigger and releasing the trigger. It just won't fire. Looked on AGD website for troubleshooting tips, but nothing on the RT.

Help please!!

Make shure you have a high press tank 850-up, more than 1000 psi in your tank, and the velocity is turned up.
