im having really bad 1st shot velocity spike with my mag. the first shot is always somewere inbetween 350-400 and drops down to 250 after the first shot. It will stay right around 250 as long as i keep shooting, but after it has a minute or two where it doesnt shoot its back shooting upwards of 400 again. my setup is rt pro with x-valve, level 10, ule trigger,and a ACI bulldog tank. thanks for the help

Sounds like an oring problem. -
Rebuild the reg.. make sure you get new springs and the reg pin and not just change orings.Comment

That is a reg seat issue clean or repalce the reg seat. Good thing to help tech your mags is to watch that 9 part Video someone finally posted onto youtube.

My classic valve used to do the same thing. It was part CO2 and part dirty o ring. A good oiling helped too.Comment
