on/off question

A friend offered me an aftermarket on/off for a classic type valve. Its called a reactor, I can't figure out the maufacturer, but the o in reactor looks like a PMI symbol. It claims a couple of things, but the lighter trigger pull got my attension......Anybody ever heard of one of these?
Good, bad, or Ugly?

Bad, They did nothing at all. Use the stock on off.
