    Intelliframe/Xvalve problem

Just got back into the scene and I bought an xvalve, ult, and intelliframe for my old minimag. When I use the splashed smart parts trigger frame that I used to have, the guns shoots the way it should. When I use the intelliframe, it double or triple fires and if I hold the trigger down, it shoots full auto. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks.

I found I had a minimag that did this too, I shortened the sear pin slightly and the problem was fixed.

Remove a shim or two out of the ULT.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Cool thanks for the quick replies. I'll try messing around with the sear pin. You don't remember how far you went do you? 1/4 or 1/2 turn?

athomas - I forgot to mention that it does the same thing whether I use the ULT or the stock on/off.

It could be a worn sear. The trigger rod is probably just long enough to allow the gun to fire with the worn sear.
