    CO2 and the minimag

I plan on getting a centerfeed minimag but I have to use CO2. I have a remote and expansion chamber. Will this be okay? Do I need to add anything else? Regulator? Also give me your opinions on the centerfeed minimag. Thanks.

I have a 68 Automag Classic (same valve as the mini mag) and I use CO2 with a remote and a Palmer Stabilizer (no expansion chamber). It works fairly well.

      Where do you live?

Temp is the biggest factor. I live in Atlanta, GA and never had many problems with CO2 on a remote with an expansion chamber on my minimag. Be careful when you crawl, and try and play when it is over 40-45 degrees and you should be fine.

I use nitro but when I run out I just take my foregrip off and tank and I screw in my 14 once I've played in cold weather for short times with no problems I've only had her freeze up once it will work fine the only problem will be irratic velocities and a second reg won't help much except for spikes save your money for a nitro tank don't buy a reg
