    Not Firing

I have two mags. Both xvalve (lvl 10 bolt), Inteliframe, ULT, ULE Body and now both with AM/MM rails +sears.

The story is: Both of those mags worked perfectly fine (nice and light trigger pull), no leaks, etc. However, I recently changed the rail (and sear) from a RTPro rail to the AM rail. Now it won't fire at all, even when increasing the velocity (by a lot). The marker pressurizes, but when pulling the trigger, nothing happens (although you feel resistance while pulling it).

I have replaced the springs and lubed it. I can't think of anything else but perhaps the ULT shims? There is no airleak whatsoever, so I haven't changed anything else.

I did however get one of them to fire by shortening the length of the sear pin considerably. While doing this, I was able to get it to fire again, but now it has a pretty heavy trigger pull.

Anyone have any idea on how to fix them?

sounds like your sear pin is too long/too short. When gassed up your sear should be ~1/16" away from your trigger. If you are switching rails/sears you may have to adjust them

There should be a gap between the trigger rod and the back of the trigger. Any gap is fine as long as there is no maintained contact while the trigger is in the forward position with the gun gassed. 1/16" is used as an example because it guarantees operation.

The change of rails probably changed the ULT shim requirement. Add a few ULT shims and see if it helps.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I wanna thank you both for your help. I adjusted the sear pin - worked great. Added a couple of more shims to the ULT, solved the problem. Besides for the occasional bolt stick, everything seems good.

          Thanks!
