strande ball breakage??

I just put in my new plastic nubbins that i boughtdirect from agd.My problem is that i'm breaking alot of paint,not in the breach but right after the nubbin and it seems that's thew problem. i did the bounce test and it's 4 or 5 bounces. i'm shooting consistly ay 285.

any help is appreciated!

What kind of paint/barrel are you using?

break out the nail file...

Try sanding the little notch on the outside of the barrel on the nubbin. This will make the nubbin stick in less hard. I have had to do that on a couple of my plastic nubbins.
