    RT Z-grip on minimag

Is there anything inherantly wrong with putting an RT Z-grip on my minimag? I did my best to make sure the holes were centered with the rail and such, and it plays like a dream. Everything seems to be working perfectly. My question is whether it would cause me any problems down the line as long as I keep it centered. Thanks in advance.

call, email, yell out a window so they can hear you over to AGD
ask them for the bushing needed for the RT zgrip so it can work with a normal mag body rail....

any Z's you find out there right now that are left in stores(if you can find them that is) are the RT version of the grip and come with the brass bushing for use on normal mags....

as for your way right now... just make sure not to slam into a bunker or something and know it out... otherwise your set... but ya should get the bushing

Thanks guys, that helps. I bought it used so it came with no such thing. But for 75 it was still a steal :)

You need the bushing!!!!!!!! I have an RT Z-grip on my automag and I just emailed the AGD office and they sent the spacer to me. I would not use it without the spacer...cause it could affect alignment with the on/off pin

          Get spacer...you'll be happy

actually, I just thought of it, but with nothing on the sides of the field strip screw(in the bigger RT hole) your valve could possibly backout some and you don't want that! Plus with no wall support, it may be bad for you field strip screw...and if that breaks...well, you know...that would be bad, so I could see it being a prob down the road dude, so yeah get the spacer from AGD, its free.

Well the valve cannot back out because the hole in the rail is the correct size. The only thing that can happen is the back end of the grip sliding left or right. I will give them a call though just so I can be complete :)
