Help diagnosing a leak in my Mag

I put a Y grip on it recently and today was the first chance I had to gas it up. When I did it seemed to be leaking out of everywhere: out of the barrel, from underneath the body, and around the trigger frame. When I held the trigger down, it did not stop the leak, but the gun would fire. The only thing I could think of was something with my on/off. so...
I pulled my valve apart and checked all my o-rings to no avail. Could i need to adjust the length of my sear rod? Because that's the only thing I can think of.

Does it leak with another grip frame on it ?

Well, thats where I am kind of EFT. I already sold the grip I used to have on it But to answer your question to the best of my ability, no it didn't when it had the old grip frame.

Is your on off pin in ther on/off assy ... and are the orings all ok for the on/off
