just got a ULE body, any tips for removing the twist lock pin from the stock rail?

punch ... hammer ... put rail something like an open vice so there is a opening in the middle ... put twistlock part of rail in the opening ..
hit the teistlock out ... -
I use an old twist lock pin I mushroomed out for hitting with the hammer.
It works as long as you rememer to take some material off the old, junk pin._______________________
