Which bolt do I have?

Sorry for the newbie question but I'm wondering if this style of bolt I have and if it needs the foamies I've been reading about. As you may or may not see the center sticks up a little past the outer tube so only the center will hit the ball.

Or do we have a photo guide to mag internals on the site to help identify all these variations?

I got both and personaly foam bolt doesn't need a foamy. But then again I can't even come close to maxing out the classic valve (about 6bps on a good day)
