Triggers

I want to swap out my stock trigger frame for a nice two finger setup. ideally i'd like one of those custom vertical frames, but while i wait i may settle for some other variant. so my questions are:

1. are all of the aftermarket triggers compatable with all of the frames? (so if i purchased an intelliframe could put on a blade or vipertrigger?)

2. are there any frames that i should outright stay away from?

i would stay away from the benchmark double trigger frames, they are cheap usually on ebay and stuff... but they are sloppy and dont feel good at all.
