Tac One burst shot & leak

I finally got all of my gun together, qloader, crossfire, remote line, and tac one, and fired about 200 balls before I ran into a problem with my tac one. Every time I shoot the gun now it burst shots about 2-3 balls and then leaks air until i degas it and gas it up again. Not quite sure what the problem is right now, but it started when my crossfire was at about 1300psi (the crappy local shop only could fill it up to 2400psi). Any idea on what might have gone wrong, i might take it apart and start changing spring and shim combos.
Btw it happened all in one day.

Is the leak caused by your bolt sticking forward? If so the lvl 10 may be working as its supposed to but not resetting. Try to add a shim in the lvl 10.

Also you can see if its not resetting w/ out using paint by sticking a squegee in the breach about 1/4 inch from the bolt and firing. If the bolt is not resetting like its supposed to, adding a shim or two will fix this.

As for the burst firing, what kind of on/off do you have? ULT? Try removing a shim at a time.

Also, Have you oiled it yet?

I have oiled it through the bottomline using the agd supplied marker oil, like it said when i got it, but ill try the squeegee method to test the bolt.
Wonder why it took 200 shots before acting up...

Ok I think im lost... The bolt is getting stuck not very far from its reset position still. I've tried 4 shims, came with 2 stock, and it leaked when I gased it up. Tried 3 shims, doesn't leak but the bolt is still gettin stuck. I have tried the middle and shortest springs, no difference. I've also taken the carrier out and reoiled the o-ring, made sure it slide on the bolt smoothly (which it did), and made sure I could not see the o-ring when I put it back in the power tube. Anything else that could make the bolt get stuck?
I couldnt get a picture for ya guys cause everytime I tried it didnt have any problems till I put my qloader tube back in. Btw its not the qloader cause i've tried hand loading the balls into the breach and it still happens. The burst shoting is not stopping either.

The tac one is also blasting the squeegee when I test it.

As far as the burst: take a shim out of the ULT.

Make sure you are using the largest carrier that doesn't leak and then go from there. When you are selecting a carrier size don't use any shims in the lvl 10. Just get the largest that doesn't leak. And use the same oring while switching carriers.

After you get the right carrier, see if the lvl 10 operates as is should. Simulate a half fed ball and see if the bolt resets. Use a squeege or something else for this. Make sure it's close to the bolt, like a 1/4" and fire the marker. The bolt should hit the obstruction and vent air then reset. If it's not completely resetting thats what the shims are for.

Get the lvl 10 tuned then worry about the ULT.

EDIT: Maybe this will help you...

Still gettin stuck... I've come to the conclusion that it is not a problem with the lvl 10 alone, but a problem with the ULT in conjunction with the lvl 10. Spent another long day tuning the lvl 10, taking it apart and:

              1. switching it to the largest carrier without leaks
              2. squeegee testing it and adding shims until it stops getting stuck (3 shims)

I could not fix the burst shots, don't really know how to, but I believe that it is causing the problem. When I first got the marker it shot normally, 1 shot per pull and the reactive trigger resetting it after, but soon after shooting bursts. I believe that because it's burst shoting the qloader cannot feed balls quick enough resulting in constant half ball feeds. I don't think that the shims can conpensate for this, 3 shims is all I can add without leaking air down the barrel and 3 shims make it so that when I squeegee test it it doesn't get stuck. What I am asking is how do I tune the ULT to only shoot 1 shot per pull, even though it was never adjusted to begin with. Btw I didn't order it with a ULT trigger.

Edit: Another reason why I think it is caused by the burst shots is that the marker would shoot the first ball (in the barrel) and then get stuck as the second ball is being fed, bolt firing faster than the feeding.

Sounds like you have the lvl 10 tuned ok. To tune the ULT just take out 1 shim and then try it. The shims in the ULT are different than the lvl 10 (1/2 thickness).

Oh and by the way, I doubt you are out shooting your q loader.

Do you have a link to a diagram of the on/off valve? BlackVCG's ULT Thread diagrams and pictures don't show up on my computer and I'm kinda missing mine
