Palmer component Dimensions

Fella's,

I need two pieces of information:

1. The outer diameter measurement off a Palmer's micro rock and/or (preferably and) the O.D. off a regular rock

2. The inner diameter measurement off a palmer pygmy drop, (what I mean is the diameter which clamps onto the thread adapter

If anyone has any insight, please help, thank you!

Ok, I feel a little silly I found the rock O.D.'s ( hint they are right on Palmer's site)
