Are you sure its chronoed at 270? Leaking out the back is generally associated with your velocity being too high,.

If I push the trigger a little bit, so that the trigger not shoots, but gives pressure to the On/Off, then the leaking stops.
            The o-rings are all good.

            HELP!!!

sounds to me like a reg seat problem try replacing it and see what happens

Try oiling it.... put a few drops in the ASA, and gas her up.

In the classics of this forum is an RT-Color Cut-Away drawing. Refer to that. Make sure your piston has a coating of light grease on it and the o-ring.

is it leaking through the on/off pin? Mine was leaking when i put in the centerflag pin for my hyperframe, it turns out the orings i was using were a little too large for the centerflag pin, which would let a little gas out each time i fired, if i put enough pressure on the pin (manually via the hole on the hyper) it would stop leaking. I replaced the pin with the retro pin and it worked just fine, i then replaced all the orings with an RT Parts kit, and the leaking stopped with the center pin also..

Yah, my orings were yellowish, replaced them with new white looking ones, also oiling all the orings, especially the one in the on/off assembly (it is two separate pieces, there is an oring in the center, make sure that one is fine) and the one at the top of the on/off valve (inside the retro valve, i dont know what to call that oring), otherwise, yah, send it to AGD, they most likely wont charge you anything as it is probably under warranty service.
