Leak out of little hole on valve

I have a very small leaking coming out of a whole that is on the side of my x-valve... The hole is on all valves (even the classic) I don't know what the whole is for or why it's leaking... The gun does still shoots, but I can hear the leak constantly going and when i press my finger against the whole the air noise stops so I'm pretty positive thats where its coming from.

Dont try to put your finger over that hole when it is leaking there as it could bore a hole right through your finger. Change your reg pin orings and see if it stops.

Ive never taken one apart... how do you get that black clip off?

You dont have to take that clip off. Just pull them over the top and push them on. Dont wreck the spacer with the slit in it.
