    two quick questions

    Question 1:
LVL X spacers, which one is the smallest? the single dot or single line?

    Question 2:
Emag safetly popped out, where does the small steel ball (no idea how I managed to find it) go?

    I believe it's no line.

Ball goes on top of the spring.

Single dot is smaller than single line. The smallest is no dot and no line.

          Glad to help...

I just reread your second question. I don't currently own an E-Mag, and when I did I never took out the safety, but on every other Automag safety assembly the ball goes down in the hole under the spring.

Ball first (touches the safety rod), then the spring, then the super tiny set screw.

E-Mag safeties might be different, but I don't see why they would be (If I'm wrong, please let me know).

BTW one of the best pieces of advice I ever heard was to work with your hands inside a large Ziploc bag when taking apart or installing an Automag safety (or any other tiny parts). No more hours on your hands and knees searching for them when they inevitably go flying away!

I almost jumped in with the same thought, but I remember seeing a safety in the back of an emag frame, so they should be different. But I still can't imagine the ball and spring going in from the bottom.

Let's say this: The little ball rides on the safety button and the spring holds the ball against the safety button.
