Warp Feed issue

Im new to this forum,
looking for some help with my warp feed, It is connected to a Mac Dev Cyborg

New batteries are installed, and when i fire the marker, the warp feed will not spin, It does when I tap it, it spins, It is set to the second fastest setting with the use of 1 jumper,

Is there some think I need to try??
